Hersh Narayan
Builder, Operator, and Advisor
Hersh Narayan is the founder of The Solution Atelier, a boutique advisory practice focused on strategy, innovation, and leadership.
Over a 14-year career at Amazon, Hersh held leadership roles across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific. His work spanned retail, product management, talent acquisition, and strategy, where he partnered with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges, build high-performing teams, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Hersh was an Amazon Bar Raiser and a recognized Culture of Innovation speaker, known for his ability to bring clarity to complex problems and help teams think bigger while maintaining high standards of execution.
He holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Southern California and is the inventor on 14 design patents.
In addition to his advisory work, Hersh is the Co-Founder of Purple Bird, a luxury Indian gifting brand building premium, aesthetic, thoughtful, and purposeful gifts that are lovingly “Made in India.”
